I have already read through the washing machine common faults help guide Hello, my Hoover Dynamic Next DXCC69W3 9Kg Washing Machine (4 years old) has suddenly stopped working. The display only shows rotating blinking lights on the display. When looking up error codes, I expected to see E1, E2, etc as per the manual but there are no letters. I don't see any pattern in the flashing lights either. When changing settings, it still beeps. The washer information is here: https://service.hoover.co.uk/advice-centre/washing-machines/dxc-c69w3/ The manual is here: https://service.hoover.co.uk/manuals/DXC-Models.pdf Here is a short video showing the issue. ht…

Hi all, My W5780 alerted me to a "waterproof fault" i.e. the bottom of the machine had pooling water internally. I've traced the leak to the black rubber "water path seal" between the water inlet valve and the mechanism behind the dispenser tray. As the machine fills, water is being pushed out backwards from the dispenser tray, forcing the seal (which doesn't have any clamp) to leak. Any advice please? All other electrical and mechanical systems are working fine. Seal looks good when removed. Could blocked nozzles or something inside the dispenser tray be allowing pressure to build in the incoming water and forcing it back out? Be so grateful for any help -…

I have a Beko Washer Dryer 7 & 5kg the washer part works perfectly. The dryer however; door engages, pump engages, the washer begins to spin then stops and the door lock flashes and goes no further (it isn’t the child lock). I’ve changed the heater (dryer) I’ve changed the fascia board, I’ve changed both PCB boards and I’m at a total standstill. I would really appreciate it if you could give me another avenue to go down. Thanks

Hi, My washing machine is making a weird clicking sound whenever the drum rotates, either by hand or during wash cycle. I read other similar topics here before posting and manually checked the drum from inside for any wire or something else being stuck - could not find anything. Below is a short video of the sound, hope this helps. Can anyone please let me know what might the problem be and is it anything I can fix myself? Also I regularly use the machine with this sound(as I have to do my washing), is this causing any long term damage to the machine? Thank you

I have encountered tbe issue with this washer-dryer that after a full washing cycle, the washing machine does not spin (even though I have selected it explicitly and also have set the spin rpm). It seems that the machine goes through the spin cycle without doing much - just a few slow turns of the drum and as a a result, the clothes come out really wet. Does anyone know where to start with this issue on that machine? I’ve already brought in a technician twice for that machine in the last 5 years, and I think I am starting to get fed up with its unreliability. If I can do something myself to recover, I’d be more than happy this time around.

We have a candy washer dryer (model number supplied in attached pics) which is around 3 years old now, in the previous house we used it as both a washer and dryer with no issues, we have since moved house which has a integrated washer so we have just been using our candy as a dryer only keeping it in a cupboard under the stairs, the first few month we lived here it was working fine (last winter). We haven’t used it all summer but now we are starting to use it again with the weather changing. So normally we put a load in to be dried and it senses how long it takes and begins the program which is always around the 2 hour mark, recently it does just this but after around 10 …

Hi. Hoping someone can help me from going out of my mind. I have an LG front loader washer dryer. Even though I rarely use the dryer as I find it takes so long to dry clothes, I am really having a problem with what seems like excessive dust on my freshly cleaned clothes once dried (even line dried). It tends to be with stretchy materials more such as pants/socks/T-shirt’s etc. I’m conscious about not putting too much liquid/powder in, and not overloading the machine. I’m also conscious about not having it on the full 14000 spin incase that’s too harsh on the clothes but nothing seems to help and it becomes a little embarrassing when I’m out and whenever I move I puff with…

received_1440760266410197.mp4 received_3428703820693513.mp4 As you can see our machine has developed this fault. It does sort of wash but will do this clicking. I've checked the brushes they have enough length, the filter is also clear. It started as , one day it stopped, had to restart the program and it finished from there. It seems say for example you put it on a 48 minute wash , it doesn't start adding some proper water until 47 minutes have passed. The rest of the time it does add a bit of water and a few rotations every now and then Does anyone have any ideas please?? , I really don't have alot of money and can't afford t…

My washing machine made a weird noise and then stop spinning after investigation and completely cleaning the drain hoses, I learned that the lack of spinning if because the drum is seized up. The motor works fine, the bearings look ok, the drain function works fine… the only explanation I found online is that something is stuck between the inner and outer drum.. but the drum doesn’t move even one bit.. is that the only explanation? Should I see dents if that’s the case?

Hi community, we are wondering if our door seal got loose or if it was always like that. The machine is fairly new, but support seems to be overrun and they told us they could send a technician but it will take a couple of weeks. As a family of four and a newborn expected very soon as well, a couple of weeks without a washing machine sounds like stuff nightmares are made off and we don't even know, if it is just ok or of water would find its way inside the electronics chamber. Maybe someone of you has a similar machine and can compare how it looks? That would be awesome. Thanks in advance. As I am unable to upload the images directly (error code 200):…

Hello. I've recently bought a miele wsf363wcs 8 kg washing machine and it was installed and tested by a technician so no fail in installation. But from the very first wash it started doing this: When I choose a program WITHOUT prewash, it spins and drains all water and detergent after few minutes and starts adding water so it washes without detergent and again. And again. At least 3 times. I've to add detergent couple of times! Then after 8-10 minutes after starting the machine, it starts washing. Why does it drain water several times during ready washing even though I do not choose prewash? Has anyone experienced the same? Or should i call a technici…

Hello New to this site. I bought a brand spanking new Beko washer dryer about a year ago as all other big brands were out of stock. From the word go, my washing never smells fresh/of fabric softener. I have tried everything; using less/more washing powder (live in a hard water area), less/more fabric softener, adding white vinegar, line drying, hanging on clothes horse to air even more after washing dry. There always seems to be a little fabric softener left in the drawer after the wash has finished. Not had that before. Even with towels and bedding washed at higher temperatures the problem persists. I am very proud of both my home and appearance but hav…

After receiving this error code, I ran the maintenance cycle twice (with the TwinDos Care Cleaning Agent). It didn't clear the message so I ran the 'clean machine' cycle (no cleaner added). The error is still there. Any ideas what to do next? BTW Whitegoodshelp (Andy). You amended the description of the purpose of this forum, but the title still says no repairs......not sure I can suggest any way to clarify it more...troubleshooting error codes??? I guess you can always refer people over to the repair section if it falls outside your criteria. Thanks again! Pos

Hello All the LED display lights (and some of the button lights) are solidly showing on my washing machine. There is nothing in the manual about this and I'm drawing a blank searching about it. It's a Sensordry wdyn 8154d. So you have any idea how to reset it?

Tried to use the machine today and every time I turn it on after selecting a programme, it makes a noise like it's about to turn on and then doesn't. End light or wash light (it changes depending on what stage this is at) and lock symbol start flashing, and then after a few moments the door unlocks. Have done a spin and drain cycle which worked fine. Only normal wash cycles are not working. Any ideas?

Hello, I have a Hotpoint washing machine that was displaying a F06 error. The door woukd not unlock and i had to use the manual pull cable to open the door I replaced the door interlock but now when I try to start a cycle, a red padlock icon displays and it won't start. As far as I can tell, this means that it won't lock, so wont start the cycle. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it? Thanks

Hi, Our Beko washing machine has developed a fault with the programme selection dial. Some of the programmes cannot be selected, including the on/off position. Whilst turning the dial, there is usually a beep for each programme but this is not heard for some of them. I've attached a video that explains it better than I can. I'm wondering if anyone's seen something like this before and if a fix might be possible. The machine seems to be working otherwise, but not being able to use the right programmes is making it impossible to use. Thanks for any suggestions! Ben PXL_20220816_123011346~2.mp4

My clothes are shrinking after washing. I have a Bosch machine which is close to 10 years old. I usually wash on a the Easy Care 30 degrees programme but I’m finding my t shirts, undergarments and socks are shrinking and sometimes shrinking significantly after washes. I can’t help but feel that my machine has become faulty and maybe is washing at a higher temperature then the selected 30 degrees or there is an issue with the spinning. I attach a photo as an example of the shrinkage. Both socks are the same size and from the same pack. The white sock below is not washed and the brown sock on top is after a single wash. As you can see it has shrunk by maybe 30%. I’m also ha…

I have recently moved in into a new house. Every now and then the washing machine (Hisense WFGE80141VM) gives us an E03 Error code. In the manual I can see it relates to this: Water filling error. I have already cleared the filter, checked the hoses and their filters - they are clean. Am I right to think that the problem lays with the pump? When the program starts the washing machines takes the water but then it discharges it straight away.

Hello. I recently replaced the brushes on the drum of a Haier washing machine but when I turned it on its side I found a small piece of damaged rubber (about 4cm long by 2cm diameter, with a ¾cm hole through the whole length) on the floor, and now that I'm about to put it back up again another one has appeared from somewhere! Anyone know what they're for? I've included a picture so hopefully someone can recognise them and tell me they're not important! Thanks, John

Hi, hope someone can help or advise with this. Our Beko WTIK74111 washer completes a programmed cycle, but continues to turn the drum until a button is pressed (for hours after the cycle is programmed). This happens regardless of the type of programmed cycle. Is this supposed to happen? Or is there something wrong with it?

Hi All, I've a problem with my Miele premier 520 washing machine - it goes through all cycles as it should and when it gets to draining and remaining time show 0 on the display it won't stop draining despite water was drained away pump is still running and machine won't stop. I cleaned pressure chamber already because it was full of stuff and was causing "check drain" issue, tried to reset by switching off for 1min and open - shut door 6 times in 12 sec sequence. Couldn't find such topic with similar issue, therefore ask. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I have a problem with my Beko washing machine. It won't start any programs and keeps flashing between the time and the word "end" when I try to start it. I already tried the 3" reset and on the diagnostics it tells me there's an error - the code is F08. When I try to go through the tests, nothing happens. Does anyone know what this error code means and if I would be able to fix it? Thank you so much for your help!
