Hi all, I have a Samsung ecobubble model no. WF80F5E0W2W It has stopped working with an HE error code which I am led to believe is a temp sender error problem. I have replaced this with a new one(access is very easy from the rear) but I still have the error code. I have unplugged it and left it to reset it but no joy. I cant see any problems with wires so far. Could it be a circuit board problem? Any help most welcome!

My baumatic BWMI148D made a loud bang at the end of the cycle today and shifted to the side. The drum seems to be moving backwards and forwards a lot more than it should. We have opened it up and nothing seems wrong other than the drum is moving forwards and backwards a lot. There is a black foam buffer on the side and we are wondering whether the drum should have been attached to it and it’s come away. Any help appreciated! Thanks

Hi My 15 year old Miele washing machine just started making noise in the fast spin cycle and both drum and door seal get very hot. Checked dampers, springs, both good, no bearing noise or movement. I noticed that with door seal off the inner drum was not rotation in line as if it were slightly buckled (not 100% round). Would a door seal take up what is in effect a a small varying gap between the inner and outer drum? It seems to be running 1-2cm out of aligment. As said only just started so no idea if this was from new or use. Any pointers gratefully received. Thanks Norm

Hi, I've read the troubleshooting guides and can't find my problem listed. My machine is off at the wall but keeps making a very loud, long beep every 2 minutes or so. I ran a wash in it yesterday and it was completely normal as far as I know. It keeps beeping even when turned on and whether the door is open or shut. It also appears normal when turned on. No extra flashing lights or anything. It's an Indesit IWDC6125. Please help! Thanks!

Hi all checked the troubleshooting guides but doesn't seem to help with my issue. I have a Samsung add wash machine which has been awesome until the addwash compartment cracked and made the machine leak through the door. I have most of the door apart but cannot figure out how to get the glass off does anyone have any tips? See attached image, I have the surround off that houses the electronics etc. But the add wash compartment seems to be screwed to the glass, which looks as though the compartment needs to come off so you can take the glass out. But I cannot see how to either get glass off to reach screws or how to take the glass and the compartment off at…

Hello, How do you remove the top cover for a Miele W1 series washer model WWB020 ? The cover was damaged in a move and I want to replace. I see no apparent screw locations on the cover sides.

Hello, I need some advice on wha I think is an intermittent fault. A few weeks ago my washing machine would not start, all the lights came on, on/off worked but when the start button was pushed it just beeped at me. I diagnosed by way of Google that possibly a new switch was needed. A new switch was bought, installed and it was working again but only for 4 washes and the same problem has occurred, I've power going to the switch, in both open and closed position I don't know what to try next? Any help gratefully received!

i all, hoping you can help please!? My machine is not spin drying and is flashing rinses. The brushes have been checked and are ok. If the machine is empty it will complete the wash cycle fine with spinning. A few clothes in the machine and it will spin dry ok. And a few more it gets stuck. It seems to be a weight in the drum issue. It doesn't seem to be washing as well either. Same issue weight in the drum. Hope this is a simple one! Thanks, John 20201020_211432.mp4

Hi, my washing machine has the rubber seal twisted. I checked and the motor belt had slipped off so I secured back but after doing another wash the rubber seal twisted off again. Do you think it is worth to look at a replacement as my washing machine is 7 years old..

So I was moving the washing machine and this part just came flying off. I'm not actually sure whether it came from the machine but I would really really appreciate it if anyone could tell me what it is. Just in case it's important. It's cylindrical with a typical hexagonal pattern kind of like a basic football. Thanks ahead of time.

My Beko washing machine is showing the A Class 40* cycle on the screen. It shows the 1200 spin and the 40 degrees temperature on the screen but the 2hr 38 minute cycle is flashing along with the play icon. When I press start it says END then returns to flashing the 2:38. I have tried cancelling it and nothing happens, I have turned the dial to a different cycle but it still shows a flashing 2:38 and a play button but nothing else. Ive also tried resetting it and following a diagnostic video but it shows what I think is an error code 04 17 , then the display lights up and I’ve pressed the start button to continue the diagnostic but it doesn’t do anything. …

I've looked at your common faults document, as well as everything I can find online to answer this question. I returned home to discover the wash/dry had stopped, it was stuck on about 58 minutes drying left. I turned to zero, waited for the door to unlock, and removed the laundry. I didn't think too much more of it. I loaded the machine for another wash tonight, turned the knob - and it just shows the LCD timer bar, nothing else. No buttons seem to do anything. I've tried all the online solution suggestions I can find including turning to 1 o'clock and holding power, turning to 6 o'clock and holding timer, then to 7 o'clock and holding timer (doing th…

I have this washing machine from Hisense for over a year now and have been using it with no problems at all. Last day I wanted to use the machine. As usual I did what I do, but this time when I pressed the power button to turn it, something blew up inside it and electricity was cut off from the whole house. I restored electricity and tried to turn on the machine again but no hope. So I opened the machine and was able to determine that fuses has blown up in the main control board. I can purchase the board and replace the damaged one, but before I do that I suspect that another problem could be causing the issue and therefore may damage the new board, so I am looking f…

Hi lads, I've a bosch advantixx washer dryer that is freezing only when drying. It happens after the drain pump runs during the cycle. I thought it might be the pump which I've replaced but no joy. It happens more often than not but works occasionally. Any ideas?

Hello, I recently reinstalled our washing machine as we had to temporarily remove it to get new floors done. However, now when a program is selected the display jumps between random programs and can land on the incorrect one (for instance, when selecting drain it will choose 29' wash). Here is a quick video I took of it: https://youtu.be/x8K-bdP88cc I understand that it is either an issue with the selector switch or front panel pcb module, both of which I can buy as genuine spare parts online and they also seem fairly straight forward to fit. However, they are both fairly pricey and I was hoping whether anyone had any knowledge they could share on which one i…

Hello everyone, New member here. I have a problem with my Bosch washing machine. I live in France and bought it here. I've searched through the help guides on here but can't find anything to help me. The display stopped working a few weeks ago and after some searching online I came to the conclusion that it was one of the pcb's. I have installed the new correct pcb (which has partially worked) but is now giving me the error code in the picture attached. I've searched all over the net ( in French and English) to find what this error code means. Has anyone got any idea? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I have checked the other forum in case this was mentioned but couldn't find anything, or anything within this relating to E8 error. Machine is 6 years old and used at least 4 times a week. Is it worth repairing if indeed it's even possible? Many thanks.

I have tried all suggestions but cannot clear the screen. A few days ago this machine blew the power on a spin cycle and when the power was restored the display now permanently shows all lights illuminated and no sequence will clear it. Any ideas ?

I have just got a beko WTIK76121 and after the first use i noticed the liquid detergent drawer at the end of the cycle was full of water The washing machine liquid detergent draw isn't siphoning the water off and at the end its full of fresh water. So the liquid detergent is going but then full of water! I called beko and they said it sounded like the water pressure is to high so I changed that and i now know that is not the problem as it has made no difference. Could the problem be possibly the angle of the machine? Does it need to come down slightly at the front so its at the right angle to help the siphoning start?? Please help as surely this …

I have a year old beko washing machine (WTB820E1W). It runs the cycle normally and spins at the end but the clothes come out wetter than they should. If I then do an extra spin and drain cycle the clothes come out as they should. Why is this happening? I've checked the filter, hoses and even cleared the drain pump but still no change. Please help! Very frustrating!

Hello everyone! I have a logik L814WMB17 washing machine that is about 2 and a half years old. My wife informed me early afternoon yesterday she heard a rattling from it so I investigated and believed something to be in between the drum, took off the sump hose underneath and attempted to taunt it out however I could never even catch a glimpse of what it was. It then hit me that as everytime I move the drum it rattles and is louder when one particular paddle comes round. If it was in between the drum then it would sit on the bottom and not move everytime the drum is moved. I don’t seem to be able to work out how the paddles remove on this machine and can find absolutely no…

Hi everyone, Our washing machine is making a scrapping noise. I managed to record it. Here is the video with sound: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-2R-8WgAva9g14VQY9HiJMi4QVS9BLqk/view?usp=sharing What is weird to me, is that it's making the sound even when the drum is not turning, at 12 seconds into the video. I am wondering if I found the right guide - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNfuu2MCSpY. Do you think this is the real problem? Thanks in advance! -ValeV

Hotpoint HV7L130 Noise started all of a sudden when loaded during wash. Opened it op and moved the tub around slowly by hand. Tub wasn't knocking against anything, weights were tight, shocks seemed OK. The noise seemed to come from the tub itself and knocked at a certain point during every rotation. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello. I'm wondering if anyone can help please. I have an LG direct drive (Inverter) machine, approx two years old. When filling the machine, the fill stops and starts half a dozen times before continuously filling to the correct fill amount. My question is, why does the fill stop and start? It fills for a second or two then stops, then the same again and so on until filling as normal. It has done this since new. I don't think this is normal but any help appreciated. Thanks, Mike
