  1. Hi all, hoping someone here can help with an issue I have. I brought a new Hisense washer dryer, it's 10kg/6kg. I'm having issues where the wash cycle will, more times than not, bang when it reaches the spin parts of the programme, the rinse / spin part. I've been having this issue since receiving the appliance and so far Currys (who installed it) checked and it is all level, good clearance etc. Have also spoken to Hisense who have ruled out bearings, and I initially thought it was the power cable/waste pipe vibrating against the back of the machine. However, after pulling the machine out, for the 50th time, I was getting the same sound and there was nothing vibrating against it. I've been experiencing this with various types of clothing, bedding and towels. The load has also been under the capacity for the programme. I've also tried redistributing the items when the noise appears, which in my opinion is ridiculous that I may have to mother the thing, but all of this still results in the noise. It doesn't always happen making me think it's the drum, for some reason, off balance at times. I've contacted Hisense again to see if they can send someone to investigate as it's mostly unusable due to the noise it makes. I've included a link to a OneDrive folder containing three videos of the machine pulled out making the noise. Any ideas or suggestions? It's a shame as the machine seems good everywhere else, just the spins causing issues. https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ao1egAu6EwijulL5AtC7hKT9YnAC?e=WUzJ3q Thanks for any help in advanced!
  2. Hi, i have a 7kg Beko WMB 71442S which has just packed up on me, i have three young children and will call a repair guy but just wondered if anyone could shed some light on what it might be? i dont want to get ripped off so if i have some basic knowledge then it would really help. Its been washing completely fine until today, i noticed a funny noise whilst it was spinning out and then the clothes are still soaking wet but water has drained out as i went outside and saw water coming out of the drain pipe, and there was a funny smell towards the end of the cycle after it had finished spinning. Thank you so much to anyone that replies x
  3. We had a brand new zanussi delivered two days ago. I hooked it up without removing the transport bolts. It went into the spin cycle and began lurching. We turned it off, and now instead of starting the spin cycle, it just has a soft hum. The machine also stops randomly. We contacted the online store we bought it from and they are going to charge us for the visit and repair, so I'm going to try to fix this myself. Does anyone have any tips on what the problem might be or where I should focus my attention?
  4. Hi, i have a hotpoint aqualtis which is spinning slowly during the spin cycle all the way to the end then stops with flashing lights and error code F02. i have had a quick look at the wiring and everything seems ok no loose connectors, i have also checked that the tacho is not loose hopefully that is the little bit on the back of the motor with two wires attached to it. dont know what to do from there your help would be much appreciated thanks
