Hello everyone, Yesterday night after finishing the 1st round of clothing, I fill the machine again as always, and after pressing the start button I soon realize the timer was stuck at the initial minute forever. I found out the issue was that the drum didn't rotate automaticly as supposed. No warning beep sounds or error codes. The drum simply doesn't rotate. Although, it's possible to rotate it manually by hand. What could this be? Broken belt? It worked just minutes before. See attached video. 20221106-005311_xAxrMhX5.mp4

Hi, my washing machine is not triggering the spin cycle automatically. When I use Normal or Perm Press to start the machine... the timer moves as normal but when it reaches the spin cycle, it just keeps on agitating until the timer reaches off and stops. When I go back to the machine, the clothes are just sitting in dirty water. At this point, the only way to start the spin/drain cycle is by manually rotating the switch to that position and starting the machine. It then spins/drains like normal. So basically... the spin cycle won't trigger automatically but can be manually triggered. Is this a problem with the timer? Hi Guys Got an interesting one here - we have a Hotpoint Ultima wdd 960 washer dryer which has performed quite well but now its just showing off. When we set it to run the standard one and a half hour cycle it runs for about three hours - any thoughts what might have gone wrong Regards roly

Hi, My timer is stop rotating after the drum is fill with water and spin twice to each side, and then just making clicking noises, I tried to turn him manually but then he just skip on some parts of the washing cycles on go fasts to the end.
