Emmet
I have a zanussi that isn’t draining fully. I tried to clean the filter but I cannot get it out. A cap comes off but do I need some sort of jig to get the filter out? Or what am I missing? Edited October 4, 2018 by Emmet Picture added
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted October 11, 2018 Root Admin Report Share Posted October 11, 2018 I would experiment by putting the cap back in place and then trying to just loosen it and pull the 2nd part out.. It looks as if the main cap isn't intended to be totally unscrewed because there is nothing on the 2nd part (that is wedged into the pump) to be able to lift it out. Ideally try to find instructions in the instruction book. If you don't have the instruction book you might be to download one here appliance instruction books and user manuals Need a repair or spare parts?
