TwyfordPat
Hello All, I have just bought a Logixx7 integrated washing machine as part of a whole new kitchen. It will not spin dry washing at all, I have tried all sorts of combinations pf program and loading from full to just less than 1 kg. Bosch customer service have basically told me it has to have a full load to spin which is laughable as who does a full load every time. So I end up with soaking but clean washing, the engineer said there was no fault when clearly there was. If anyone has a suggestion as to what I might be able to check, otherwise its going back for an integrated machine that spins. Thank You
TAZMAN
HI this sounds like a pump problem, the machine gos into a spin but comes out wet ? so the pump is not working or its jamed with rubbish. It possible the motor pump could be knackered . Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted May 6, 2012 Root Admin Report Share Posted May 6, 2012 If the problem is out of balanced loads it should only happen occasionally. If it's happening all the time then unless all your loads are extremely unusual it must have a fault or be totally unfit for purpose.
