Filter is clean but there's still fluff all over everything

My one year old beko WTK104121A washer is leaving fluff all over the clothes. The filter is clean, the seals are clean but the fluff problem is getting worse. Does anyone know what could be up with it please?

Hi Gem. Can you describe what kind of  fluff it is? Is it fairly large or very small fibres?
