Did you find the correct manual for your model? Bosch andĀ some other manufacturers mostly use the EN are numbers and production numbers which are on the back of your door as you show in the photo. I presume you are referring to the beeping at the end of a wash cycle but I don't know if it is just several beeps which most washing machines do or a constant repeatingĀ beep?

There is often somethingĀ called an anti-crease mode which may or may not be able to be turned off in your washing machine. Anti-crease mode means that when the cycle has finished the drum keeps turning round several times every minute or so to help prevent creasing and presumably accompanied by a beep to remind you.
