Hi

Hoping someone can help have a washer dryer that won't drain I have replaced the pump, pcb and the pump wiring but it has made no difference apart from the main module (which I understand needs programming if replaced) in the bottom of the machine I can't think what else it might be all pipes hoses are fine it's like the pump isn't getting any power

It could be something really simple in the end but you can't keep guessing at parts. The pump wiring and the PCB are exceptionally unlikely to be the cause. You should only replace a pump if you know it is getting activated and has a neutral return and is not physically blocked but isn't running. If a pump isn't running , most of the time something is jammed inside.

Essentially you need to work through all the things in this article which covers every possible cause I could think of Washing Machine Won’t Drain Water

I'm not sure whats on your link I haven't done I have checked all pipes and there are no blockages as you can manuelly drains the machine fine and with a new pump, pump wiring and pcb it can't be these the pump simply does not get any power so what else could it be

Hello Stephen. The link contains all likely causes for. Washing machine not draining water. Where to look for a fault depends on if the pump is running or not. Both scenarios are covered. If the pump is running but not draining there is a link to this article Can’t find blockage but washing machine still not draining

If the pump isn’t running and it’s been replaced  it can only be because it isn’t getting a live feed or has no neutral return. If there’s no break in live or neutral to it and the PCB has been replaced I can’t think of any explanation.
