dazzawm
Candy GVW158TC3W Washer Dryer I am wondering how I can do just a conditioner rinse. I tried the Rapid 30 min program and none of the conditioner was taken from the middle draw compartment. I have also run the rinse cycle and the conditioner is also still there. What programs use the conditioner function and what is the shortest cycle I can do because I only want to refresh swimming trunks etc that don't need cleaning. Thanks. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted October 10, 2016 Root Admin Report Share Posted October 10, 2016 As far as I'm aware all washing machines should take in fabric conditioner on the rinse cycle, ours certainly does. Does it definitely take fabric conditioner out OK on a normal wash cycle but not on a separate rinse cycle? If so it must be designed that way. The instruction book should hopefully show which wash cycles take in fabric conditioner but I think they all should really. If it stops taking it out altogether this article explains reasons why fabric Softener not being taken out Need a repair or spare parts? dazzawm
Thanks for the reply. It is a brand new machine and I have tried 3 different cycles and the conditioner has remained there after each one?
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted October 11, 2016 Root Admin Report Share Posted October 11, 2016 Hi. You need to check out the link I put in my last reply which covers that fault. It's an very unusual fault for a brand new machine though. Need a repair or spare parts?
