treeface99
hi,I have moved house and my Beko wm5100 worked fine. I transported it to my new place and now the drum will not turn. It fills ok and drains ok but will not turn. I have checked the motor brushes just in case they had worn and they are fine. There are no obvious loose connections. Any ideas? Many ThanksWill
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted April 1, 2012 Root Admin Report Share Posted April 1, 2012 If it worked before the move but not after, the implication is some dodgy connection somewhere or something got damaged in transit. But if you can't see anything you are going to need to get an engineer in with a test meter to trace it. The only thing you can check is places where a swinging tub may have hit something or strained wiring etc. I have general help on drum not turning or spinning fault Need a repair or spare parts?
