dmarkham
Hi, any advise appreciated. Our Bosch washer got through most of the cycle, but stopped short of the spin cycle I think, as clothes inside were very wet still - and very heavy load. Apparently there was a fault code F43 on the display (according to wife), but now there is no display message. The control dial lights up, but only the first machine cycle (to left or right direction) and then this is only the temperature and spin speed indicators and nothing else will work. If the dial is moved to different wash cycles nothing changes. Any ideas on how to test further or what this could indicate? Thanks Dom
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted December 31, 2011 Root Admin Report Share Posted December 31, 2011 According to my sources a Bosch Logix with error code F43 has " a motor fault". This is a prime example of how useless many error codes can be, especially to the public. It could be several different things but it presumably thinks the motor has a fault, with no indication of how serious. Need a repair or spare parts?
