No Fast Spin Issue

Hi,

Looking for some help please.

I have a HAUS mw-1050, but the machine wont kick into a full spin cycle.

I can get it to go on a pin only cycle when the machine is empty, but not when there is anything in it.

I tried this to establish if it was the motor or not, and I think this has ruled that out.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried it with various loads (especially a nice full load) in case it's not able to balance some smaller loads? Other than that if it's not a slack belt (rare these days) it could be the motor but I'd get it checked by an engineer.( Washing machine wont spin just one item or very small loads )
