hogmansden
Hi I have had a problem with my Indesit W161. At first I had the program selector just going round, with the help of the internet I found that it was a coin in the water pump. I removed this coin and it worked fine for a few weeks. Then I got another fault and my wife checked the pump and found yet another coin in the pump. Se we did the same thing, only this time it did not fix it. so I figured we must have bust the pump. I bought a new pump, fitted it and still had the problem. I also read that the pressure switch can be a problem so I took the switch off and tested it with a circuit tester and it is working. I have made a video of the fault codes and put it onto youtube - Can someone please look at the video and let me know what the problem could be. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted September 18, 2011 Root Admin Report Share Posted September 18, 2011 It looks like it's flashing 4 times, if it is then it's "Pressure switch jammed on empty: Check pressure switch and module".
