Five Days Old Bosch Door Locked

Bosch WAS32466 Just brought 5 days ago and today cant open the door with garments still inside and staying in untill next week when engineer comes to fix.

It's very unusual for a washing machine to break down so soon. Have you checked that the water has emptied properly? Some washing machine doors won't open if the water hasn't emptied properly (because of a blocked filter for example) although I don't know if this one would be affected or not. It may be worth at least having a quick look at this basic advice Washing machine door won't open
