CDA C1981 ERROR 38

Please advice and help I have a  problem CDA  C1981  test working fine all the washer dryer can wash the clothes, but it shows E38 when I turned on the drying mode (J and I)

checked door is closed properly  ok , and restart cycle after the door is closed. switch appliance off and on also check no clothes are blocking the door. What's else potential solution? thank you

Unfortunately I don't have any error codes for this. But if it only produces the error on drying cycle it can't be anything that also operates on the wash cycle. So if for example it was a fault on the door, it would also be faulty on wash cycle. So it is likely to be a fault on the few components involved only in the drying cycle such as TOCs stats, dryer fan or heater etc.
