RichardJolly Posted February 3, 2025 Posted February 3, 2025 15mm fibre ring or washer and 17mm flanged and ribbed white silicone plug or ring (see photo attached) found in filter of John Lewis JLWM1204, product no.914530560/00. I don't recognise these as having been in a pocket of mine and I cannot find anything similar in a spares list. Could they be parts from the machine itself, which appears to be working normally?
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted February 3, 2025 Root Admin Posted February 3, 2025 Hi. As far as I‘m aware there's never any part on a washing machine that could find its way into the pump filter. Anything found in a pump fitter must have been put in the drum, soap dispenser, or left in a pocket. Need a repair or spare parts?
