Hisense washing machine very noisy spin

Hi

This washer seems ridiculously loud on spin (please see video)

It’s so loud you cannot hear anyone speaking near it!

Anyone any ideas if this is OK or what the fault is if not. I am sure it wasn’t this loud when we first bought it. (Out of guarantee)

Hello Topcat. It sounds very similar to the problem described in my article on whitegoodshelp, rattling tapping grinding noise on washing machine so I would investigate that first.

Hi Andy yes it does sound similar, will take a look at the drum pulley, will confirm when checked
