Tim Hill
hi I got this machine just over a year ago it's worked great until about a week ago! The last time it was used it finished its cycle no problem. I put a load in the machine and when you turn it on all the lights and digital display flash it all gradually goes dimmer and the machine does nothing! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as indesit wasn't interested as its over a year old.
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted April 20 Root Admin Report Share Posted April 20 First thing I would try is plugging it into a totally different wall socket. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted April 20 Root Admin Report Share Posted April 20 Hi. It still sounds like a power problem. Could be a faulty connection or a fault on the control panel or main PCB. Or even a burned out or faulty connection on the main door lock. Need a repair or spare parts? Looks like I'm taking the lid off the machine and having a look!!
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted April 21 Root Admin Report Share Posted April 21 Always worth a look for anything obvious but I wouldn’t start speculatively replacing expensive parts.
