RawAbility3
Hello to you all and thanks in advance for taking the time to help me with my issue. I have the Samsung Eco Bubble wf70f5e2w2x that currently has some power issues. I turn on the device, select the programme and press start. The machine starts it's usual precedure such as locking the door and starting to fill and then I hear the power off tone the machine plays when you turn it off. It then turns itself back on, and then off again and so forth. It's now the 2nd day and now it doesn't even play the tune any more and just cuts in and out in a few seconds interval. I have ensured that the water flow is good and that the filter is also clear from debris. The fuse has also been checked. My question is that it could be the I internal electrics and to test the current. My assumption would be either a wire is lose or the board is faulty? Of so, do you recommend testing with a multimeter or does this problem sound like a common fault and you have an idea what it could be? Many thanks again Phil
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted March 15 Root Admin Report Share Posted March 15 Have you tried it in a totally different wall socket in case there is a fault on the socket? I once had a microwave that worked ok but then petered out when you set it running. It turned out to be a loose neutral wire in the wall socket which caused a problem when it drew too much power. RawAbility3
Unfortunately the problem still persists. Did thought the problem was solved as once plugged in in an alternative socket. It ran for 3 minutes without cutting out and then the problem came back again. Any other ideas?
