Nick in NZ
Our Bosch washing machine is only 8 months old, and this morning I went to do a wash and noticed on the seal on the inside, there was a black mark / stain I gave it a rub with a wet soapy cloth but it wouldn't come off at all (see photos) our last washing machine (also Bosch) had the same issue, but that machine was about 14-15 years old when it died.... our one is only 8 months old does anyone know what this mark is, what causes it, and how to get rid of it? any help would be appreciated Thank you

Taylor Rose⁰
Each time you do a wash make sure to rub the seal around the door with an old cloth and run the cloth in the grooves within the seal to get rid of remaining water left from the cycle. Also leave the machine door open an inch or two to allow air to dry it out, prevents smells from developing too within the machine.. This might help.
