jw29722
There's a very good internet price on the ISE machine (£351) but the supplier cannot fulfil the guarantee as he covers London and St Albans, and I live many miles from there. He did say, however, that the CDA CI555 is an identical machine albeit with a different guarantee: 1 year labour, 5 years parts. Does anyone have any experience of CDA machines? I did a search on the forum but couldn't find anything about them. Thanks for your help.
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted May 23, 2007 Root Admin Report Share Posted May 23, 2007 Hello. It's definitely not the ISE washing machine and I'm sure they aren't allowed to associate it with the ISE. The washing machine may have the same specifications because the ISE washing machine is a standard production model but the people behind the ISE negotiated some differences, which they felt improved it. However, the overwhelming main difference that the ISE offers is that it's only supplied by local independent engineers who look after the delivery and installation and then look after the washing machine throughout its 5 year parts and labour warranty. The ISE costs more than a similarly made and specified washing machine because more of the purchase price goes into the 5 year guarantee and the standard of aftersales service you should receive ( ISE washing machine concept and aspirations ) Need a repair or spare parts?
