LG direct drive 7kg, all lights flash and pump drains the water.

Recommended Posts

Hi friends,

My not so old LG direct drive 7 kg, 721F1902, drains the water immediately after all the orange lights flash. So in the beginning of starting the process. The inlet filter was dirty and I have now cleaned it, and I have done a reset, hold the start button for 5 seconds.
It pumps out a lot of water in my opinion, 30 liters I think just like that.

Now what could be the cause of that?

Best, Atlas.

Hello Atlas. I can't work out at one point in the wash cycle this happens? But if a washing machine suddenly aborts the programme and pumps out the water, then it usually means that it has detected a fault somewhere. Lights flashing often indicate a particular error code, although sometimes if all of the lights flashing that just mean something has gone seriously wrong and can spell trouble.

It depends on exactly which part of the cycle this happens to try and speculate on a possible cause.
