Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted May 13, 2022 Root Admin Report Share Posted May 13, 2022 Hi. There’s been a few people with this problem. The most likely cause is and obstruction inside stopping it from turning far enough or pulling out. It’s described on this article All about the pump filter Need a repair or spare parts? Kumudu
Thank you very much Andy. I turned the washing machine upside down and remove the main sump hose. it allows me to remove the obstruction which prevent the unscrewing. Thanks again
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted May 13, 2022 Root Admin Report Share Posted May 13, 2022 What was inside? It’s not good to turn washing machine upside down btw! Water can run everywhere. Let it stand 24 hours before plugging it back in. Best way is just to lay it down on its front. Although if it has water inside don’t lay it down at all. Need a repair or spare parts?
