Hi everyone, I am trying to source the part in the picture attached for a Miele WT2670.

I have been in contact with Miele for the last week back and forth, and they cannot name the part or supply it, i know the washing machine is old.

But I am desperate to find it, as I have 10 days of family washing built up now.

Please can anyone help me find this part? HEEEELLLLPPPP

thanks so much.

ps in the pictures it isnt the red piece....thanks.

Hi. Very few other companies deal with Miele spares. It’s impossible for Miele to not know the part, they have all the breakdowns. So I don’t know why they can't help? Did they give any reason why they can’t look it up on their breakdowns?

Exactly where is the part from on the washing machine?

I really appreciate the reply, it is from the water path control unit. They just couldnt see that specific part on any diagrams, which they forwarded me to look at. I think it may be a case of ordering the whole unit, which is £170!!!!! so annoying when I only need this little piece.

That sounds about right. My guess is that it’s part of the unit that can only be bought complete.

To be fair, if they’ve looked at the diagrams, and can see the part that it comes from, but it’s only showing the complete part then that’s it. No chance of buying a replacement. Not unless by any chance someone has a second hand one, but that’s such a long shot.
