Not sure. Looks like some extra option. I presume you don’t have the instruction manual as it should definitely tell you in there. You should be able to download a manual for your washing machine.

Doh! I thought that Andy. I just didn’t have the confidence to suggest it. It’s not a great symbol for that but it was my best guess.

yeah my first guess was it was some kind of indicator was for 'extra stain removal option' for t-shirts to be honest seeing that symbol :)
