TomoTheBlue
I have an intergrated Candy washing machine that is displaying the E20 error code. I have tried to remove the filter from the front (bottom) of the machine. The white screw cap comes off but there is some other plastic thing behind the cap that I assume also needs to be unscrewed to get to the filter. There are slots in this other thing and I have put different tools into it to attempt to unscrew it, but it just won’t budge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Colin. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted November 23, 2021 Root Admin Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 Some filters just unscrew a bit and then pulling it pulls it all out. Such filters leave half inside if you totally unscrew it. If it isn’t like that I can’t suggest anything except to check the instruction manual. Pump filters normally just turn to the left and pull or unscrew and pull. Need a repair or spare parts?
