Washing_machine_novice
Hi, our washing machine keeps stopping after around 2 minute mark with the error code 22 which suggests a drainage problem. It sounds like the pump is working albeit struggling. We have cleared the front filter multiple times and found bracelet pieces, coins even some rubber type stuff that may be from trainers. We have cleared all this but we are still receiving error message. I"ve removed drain hose and poured cold water down it like suggested on this site to no avail. When.tipping the washing machine on it's side 2 identical components were rattling around inside the bottom. I've attached pictures. Does anyone know what they are and if they could be part of the problem? Any help is much appreciated.
