Murat
Dear all, 2 days ago I bought a new Bosch WGA242X4OE washing machine. I made necessary connections ( water, electricity and drain ). For the first start, I closed the door and choose drum clean programme. Right after pushing start ( heard a proper start sound ), locked the door ( i checked with my hand. the door properly closed&locked ). In 2-3 second machine unlocked the without any washing or water filling operation. And then i checked other programmes and so on, but no success. Machine doesn't work. I called the service, and they gave me 20th of March day the technician visit. Is there anybody who had such problem or bug ??
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted March 11, 2021 Root Admin Report Share Posted March 11, 2021 It probably doesn’t make any difference but you should close the door before starting the wash cycle. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted March 11, 2021 Root Admin Report Share Posted March 11, 2021 Unfortunately it sounds as if there could be a fault on it. Obviously there is power to the appliance. Apart from just doublechecking it in a totally different socket, which is another long shot, and ensuring that the door is closed properly not obstructed by the door seal partially peeling off (which can happen) there's nothing else you can try.
