Anniefordy
I’m now on my 2nd Bosch washer dryer within 18 months! The problem is worse than ever with my white bedding and towels ruined after any wash cycle (I check before drying). Anyone else have this problem? Or any engineer have a clue what to try? This washer is only 4 months old!! Yes Iv cleaned it with Bosch washer cleaner
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted February 13, 2021 Root Admin Report Share Posted February 13, 2021 That looks pretty severe. At that age it shouldn’t have anything dirty inside it. Washer dryers can cause marks when the laundry gets caught in the heating housing at the top of the door seal. Check around the top of the door seal where the hot air is pumped into the drum. Try using a clean cloth to rub all around to see if you can replicate any black marks. This normally happens if overloaded. Anniefordy 1 Need a repair or spare parts? Anniefordy
After several phone calls to Bosch and waiting for their “investigation” I emailed John Lewis head office detailing my catalog of events. They were excellent and I received delivery of my new John Lewis washer/dryer last week which I’m delighted with. I will never buy Bosch again Whitegoodshelp (Andy)
