VOX WM652 problem after turning on

Hi everyone. You are probably unfamiliar with this brand, but my problem should be generic.

When I choose some program, like 90 degrees, and press start, machine starts getting water,  and after it gets water how much it should it starts spinning (like spinning that should be done at the end of a program in order to drain water from clothes), instead of doing it slowly in both ways like when it's washing clothes. What could be a problem? Right now there is no any error code, but before that there was one for clogged drain "pipe", which I have cleaned and now there is no error.  

Just to mention, when I choose drain only program, it works as it should, it drains water from the drum and turns off.
