Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted December 21, 2020 Root Admin Report Share Posted December 21, 2020 Hi. It could be so many different things unfortunately. If lights are on but nothing works the first thing to check though is the door and door lock - washing machine wont start Need a repair or spare parts? MOJO
Thanks for the quick reply. I thought if the door locks then the interlock was fine. Although it could be the wiring ill remove the pcb tomorrow and have a look at that for blown capacitors. Thanks again
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted December 21, 2020 Root Admin Report Share Posted December 21, 2020 No the power often goes to the control panel but nothing activates the machine until the door is safely closed. So if the door lock is faulty, or the door catch isn't operating the door lock properly or there's a connection fault between the door lock and pcb the whole machine will be dead but the lights and control panel work. It only could be though, it could also be a problem with communication between control panel and pcb or the pcb etc. Need a repair or spare parts?
