Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted October 12, 2020 Root Admin Report Share Posted October 12, 2020 Sorry, my list of Samsung error code shows error E2 and error 3E, but nothing about an error 3E2. We can't assume that the other 2 errors are related in any way just because they are similar because they are clearly different. Need a repair or spare parts? Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted October 12, 2020 Root Admin Report Share Posted October 12, 2020 However, I've just found another source which says the following, which is actually quite unhelpful unfortunately - Errors 3C, 3E, 3E1, 3E2, 3E3, 3E4 Motor issue Switch off the appliance at the mains then wait 1 minute. Switch the appliance back on again and start a new programme. It is highly unlikely that just switching it off for a minute at the mains will fix it but of course it is surprising how many times unplugging an appliance for a minute or 2 and plugging it back in does fix certain issues.
