Samsung problem

Hi.

I have problem with my samsung washing machine model WF70F5E5U4W.

Somethimes not reaching full speed on spin cycle and drops from 9 min to 1 min.

When I enter in test mod and run SPN it reach 1400 rpm an than throw 3e2 code.  Somethimes SPN test run normal without error.

Main PCB changed

Motor changed (BLDC)

Please help. Tnx.

Sorry, my list of Samsung error code shows  error E2 and error 3E, but nothing about an error 3E2. We can't assume that the other 2 errors are related in any way just because they are similar because they are clearly different.

However, I've just found another source which says the following, which is actually quite unhelpful unfortunately -

Errors 3C, 3E, 3E1, 3E2, 3E3, 3E4

Motor issue

Switch off the appliance at the mains then wait 1 minute.

Switch the appliance back on again and start a new programme.

It is highly unlikely that just switching it off for a minute at the mains will fix it but of course it is surprising how many times unplugging an appliance for a minute or 2 and plugging it back in does fix certain issues.
