Arron24
WW90J6410CX is the model number. its almost as if 1 set of field windings are energised (plug is off) after running the self diagnostic test the Error 3c comes up which is “motor fault”

Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted April 21, 2020 Root Admin Report Share Posted April 21, 2020 Is it the same with the belt taken off? In other words it could be the motor, the drum or even the belt as unless belt is taken off all 3 are in play when spinning the drum. Need a repair or spare parts?
