Washin machine loud noise and black mass coming out

Hello, I just bought a BEKO WTE 6511 washing machine, and everything was working fine for two days, and on the 4th washing, there was a loud noise and a lot of black mass like gum or something started coming out of water dispense hose. The cycle ended normally and towels washed properly. There were just a couple of towels washing and cycle was normal. Should I request a new washing machine or try to repair this one my self? I haven't tried starting it again. Any idea of what could have been the problem?

Do you mean from the drain hose when it pumped out or coming into the machine?
