Bosch Washer Machine Displays Weight When Trying to Start a Cycle

Hi All

Ive looked at the troubleshooting page.

Ive recently bought a Bosch Washer Machine WAT28371GB. At first the washer machine would be fine however recently it now doesn’t start when loaded and displays a weight for the corresponding programme. The load in the machine is less than weight for the programme. This doesn’t feel right does anyone know how I would stop this from happening.
