I have a Beko WDA914401W washer drier which will not start. Does anyone know if there is a reset button or sequence that can be carried out. The water is trying to enter the unit and I am wonder if it may be a solenoid valve

No reset buttons. Do you mean water is going in when the washing machine isn't running? I'm confused because you say it will not start but then say water is trying to enter..?
