Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted January 22, 2020 Root Admin Report Share Posted January 22, 2020 Hello Andrew. If the door won't open and you feel like nothing is really engaging when you try then it could be something broken on the door catch or door itself. But if you can feel that it is actually locked and you can feel resistance to opening, then it is more likely that the door lock itself is jammed. If by any chance the door will open after being disconnected from the mains for five minutes then it could be a problem caused by the door lock being erroneously activated by the PCB. I have an article about door jammed issues although it can't contain specific instructions only general - door jammed shut on washing machine Need a repair or spare parts?
