ipsydsea Posted December 15, 2019 Posted December 15, 2019 We have a new LG WT7800, which is a High Efficiency top-loader. On Normal cycle the fill level seems very low – with a small load, there is no pooled water in the tub at all (though after several minutes of "washing" the clothes are at least wet), and with a medium load the water fill is several inches below the top of the load. Is this normal?
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted December 17, 2019 Root Admin Posted December 17, 2019 hello. Many modern washing machines use very little water. Many use devices such as drum paddles that lift and spray the laundry and a separate water pump to "shower" laundry (called a re-circulation pump). So it's possible that it's meant to be that way. I can't say for certain, but does it wash and rinse the laundry OK? Need a repair or spare parts? Book a Repair | Spares4Appliances WARNING: Read this before attempting any diy repairs.
