Whitegoodshelp (Andy) 197 Report post Posted December 2 Hello there. Struggling to advise to be honest. Taking the washing machine filter out and replacing it should be extremely simple so it's hard to imagine what could have gone wrong. They are specifically designed for customers to clean. Make sure nothing is stuck inside the pump or the holes leading to the pump like an underwear from a bra. This should normally unscrew and pull to come out and then push and screw to the right to lock in place. Check the instruction manual which should give instructions on how to do it. If you don't have the manual you can usually download them (Washing machine instruction manuals) Quote Need an engineer, or to buy appliance spare parts?
