Bosch washer fault code "no"

Hi,

We have a bosch washer that is displaying fault code "no" or "NO" (?!) I've googled for this code, cant find it anywhere. Its currently stuck with a drum full of water so any advice would be appreciated!!

Sorry not heard of that one. Have you checked the back of the instruction manual?
