vickij_24
My washing machine is 9 months old, since new it has been very noisey on a spin, this seems to be the drum moving excessively. I have had repair man out and they have replaced the struts but it still has the same noise. On an empty spin in does not make th noise, so not the bearings. Some loads are louder than others. What should I check??
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted March 18, 2019 Root Admin Report Share Posted March 18, 2019 Hello there. A noisy washing machine can have so many causes it's not easy to help remotely unless I could see a video or hear a recording. The first thing is to make sure it's properly level front to back and side to side. After that it needs someone there to hear the noise and locate where it's coming from. I have 2 comprehensive articles about all the common causes of a noisy washing machine Need a repair or spare parts?
