Hi, my washing machine has become dead.  The digital display comes on fine, but no functions work, just beeps.  After a while it shows 'E 21' which I believe is an error code.  After much googling I have found no answers.

Hoping somebody here may have some solutions.

Brands like this are usually hard to get information for because these brands don't usually actually make the appliances. They get another manufacturer to make them and just put their name on them. From what I can find E21 is a pump draining fault and you need to, check if the pump is blocked".

Try this article - How do I clean my pump filter – where is the pump filter? There are links in the article to more comprehensive troubleshooting about washing machine not draining water. If it's nothing to do with the pump being blocked I'd get in an appliance engineer.
