Anniel Posted May 20, 2018 Posted May 20, 2018 I am writing on behalf of a friend who bought this washing machine second hand. She says that it is taking up to 4 hours to complete a wash. Not only that but it will use only 1 programme, Intensive 40 degrees. It takes a great deal of water to complete a wash. She really cannot afford a new one and I wonder if anyone here has encountered such a problem with Beko 6 machines and if there is any solution. Thank you for reading Anniel
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp Posted June 5, 2018 Root Admin Posted June 5, 2018 It may well be siphoning water out down the drain due to an installation problem. If the drain hose is too low water can siphon out causing the washing machine to constantly fill with water only to lose it slowly and after keep topping it up. If the washing machine is taking a long time to complete the cycle but seems to spend a lot of time filling up with water this is a common cause - Washing machine constantly filling and siphoning out water Need a repair or spare parts?
