Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted March 14, 2018 Root Admin Report Share Posted March 14, 2018 Hello there. If it didn't leak before then it's really only likely to be caused by the filter having not been refitted properly, or something like a strand of cotton or bit of undissolved detergent stuck on the rubber seal. The only thing I can suggest is to remove it again, and have a good look at how it seals when it is in place. In other words does it have a rubber flange, or a rubber seal around it? Make sure that any rubber seal is completely clean and not twisted or distorted. Then look at what that seal fits up against inside the pump housing. Ensure that is also completely clear clean. Anything that gets between the rubber seal and where it fits inside the pump housing can cause it to leak. Need a repair or spare parts?
