Pigsbladders
I've got a hotpoint aqualtis aq113d697e, last week while doing a quick wash it tripped the rcd and since then it's not been right. I've read every article and guide I can but none seem to relate to my issue. The situation right now is, when I turn the machine on at the wall the machine turns on, the display does not turn on, no beeps no lights, but the machine starts to fill the powder tray with water. And it doesn't seem to stop filling. The actual power button on the machine has no effect I've used the door release to empty the majority of the water and the valve at the bottom is clear and free. But each time I turn it on it happens again.
Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted February 27, 2018 Root Admin Report Share Posted February 27, 2018 If the washing machine tripped the electrics and then doesn't work properly the chances are that whatever tripped the electrics also damaged something else inside the washing machine, potentially something in the control panel or main PCB. You will need an engineer to diagnose something like this I'm afraid. Need a repair or spare parts?
