Hi

Yesterday the washing machine was on and while washing I heard a metal noise, sounded like there was a coin or something inside. I stoped pulled everything out and checked, but I didn’t find anything. Continued my washing and I heard the machine stopping shortly after I restart the circle. All the lights were flashing, the door is locked and there is water inside.

I tried to turned On and Off, used the option to remove the water..... nothing works.

Can you please help me.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Many thanks

Luciana

If there was a coin or similar inside it might have got stuck in the pump. Try this article to drain the machine and check the pump and filter Washing Machine Won’t Drain Water
