Dry patches

Hi looked in suggestions but see nothing outlining my problem.

After a full cycle i notice most clothes have dry patches and are covered in dry powder which also sticks to the clothes that are wet.

Blockage problem or more serious?

Hello. The first things I would suspect are overloading the washing machine which can cause undissolved detergent to get trapped in folds of laundry, and or not enough detergent being used which can cause deposits of dirt and grease on laundry.
