Mjan
Hi, hope you can help. I've read the troubleshooting but I'm not sure if I'm competent enough to try a fix. We moved homes a few streets away and now my beko wm5101w starts filling up with water as soon as the on button goes on and doesn't stop unless I turn the tap off or press the on/off button again. I've tried the test bellow: https://www.how-to-repair.com/help/beko-wm5101w-washing-machine-test-mode-error-codes/ And everything works in test mode apart from the water not stopping filling in. It only fill from the right hand side in the draw. I also tried to reset the machine but nothing stops the water apart from turning the power off. Any advice appreciated. Thank you. Root Admin Whitegoodshelp (Andy) Posted September 10, 2017 Root Admin Report Share Posted September 10, 2017 If the water valve is operating all the time the washing machine is on and stops when it's turned off then it must have constant power or a constant neutral return (depending on how it's wired up).Insulation faults can cause weird things like this but needs a special meter to test. I'd get an engineer to be honest. Need a repair or spare parts? Book a Repair | Buy appliance spares (Cheapest prices guaranteed) Warning: Read this before attempting any diy repairs.
