Beko wm7335w spring hole broken

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I replaced the door seal and changed the brushes on my washing machine and everything has been working fine again for the past 2 months. Then I start hearing a really loud banging noise when going on fast spin. Took the lid off and the drum has dropped down and the spring is out. The plastic but that had a hole for the spring to loop through has worn away and now there is no hole left to loop it back in. The one on the other side seems to have some stress on it as well. Is there anything I can do or do I need to bite the bullet and get a new machine? I have attached pics to let you see what I mean.

Sorry I missed this. It's going to need a new outer drum, either a whole drum or one half depending on the design. However, many washing machine drums come complete these days, some come totally complete with the inner drum inside too. Could be expensive and it's a big job. Depending on how long you've had it you might have a case that it hasn't lasted a reasonable time or even fit for purpose. It looks like maybe the plastic isn't strong enough to cope with the forces generated on it holding the spring in place.
